ADJACENT FACILITIES

Adjacent facilities include undercover picnic areas with free public BBQ's; children's playgrounds; foreshore sandy beach; expansive grass areas; bike track (extending 12kms); public toilets & showers. Bike hire is also available.

 

 

Facilities surrounding Long Jetty Catamaran & Boat Hire accommodate the majority of requirements. 

Undercover picnic areas are located all along the foreshores as well as free public barbecues and children's playgrounds.

Directly surrounding the boatshed is a foreshore sandy beach and expansive grass area, the ideal spot for a family picnic or get together.

The bike track currently extends 12kms from The Entrance to Chittaway Point. In the near future (when current extensions are completed) the track will extend from Noraville in the north all the way down the eastern side of Tuggerah Lake and around to the westerly point of Chittaway Point. Bike hire is available within a few minutes walk - located at the end of 'Long Jetty'.

We are located within a minute’s walk of the Long Jetty shopping strip, which includes a variety of take-away outlets ( i.e. seafood, chicken, hamburgers etc). There is also a licensed hotel and drive-thru Liquor Barn at the top end of Pacific Street, once again just a short walking distance.

Public toilets and shower facilities are also nearby.

          WHEN WE ARE OPEN -
 
SPRING through to AUTUMN we are open weekends and public holidays. We are also open every day during the school holidays. 
 
In WINTER we are open weekends and school holidays when the weather is pleasant - just give us a call to confirm !
